PERMA-LATERAL AIR INVERSION

We offer a single access pipe relining system to rehabilitate existing building service laterals without the need of extensive digging and liability.

Now you can service pipelines in diameters from 2" to 8" in less then a day and in most cases less than 3 hours! This "true" inversion method allows the Perma-Lateral™ lining materials to negotiate 22's, 45's and sweeping 90's with ease. Our liner material allows our installers to line through 4" - 6" transitions without changing the structural properties of the liner.

Only Perma-Lateral™ liner materials have a reinforced scrim to eliminate stretch during the inversion process. The reinforcement scrim (patent pending) allows the liner to invert smoothly through the existing pipeline while preventing the liner from stretching. Our installers are able to line an existing pipeline without inverting into city sewer mains.

The Perma-Lateral™ Lining System / Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) is approved for lining existing 2" to 8" diameter pipelines in the City of Los Angeles, Ca. The approval has been granted by the City of Los Angeles, Ca. Department of Building and Safety per strict Los Angeles Plumbing Code (LAPC) requirements and 3rd party testing. Perma-Lateral™ Lining Materials meet their strict non-stretch liner requirements. Only Perma-Liner™ provides non-stretch lining materials.

PERMA-LATERAL PULL IN PLACE

The Perma-Liner™ Pull-In-Place System is 100% trenchless. No digging up floors, landscaping, or wall destruction. The versatility of this system allows lining 22's, 45's, sweeping 90's and vertical stacks with ease while stopping and starting anywhere in the line. Now you can service pipelines in diameters from 3” to 36” in less than a day and in most cases less than 5 hours with the new Perma-Liner™ Pull-In-Place System. The Navi™-Liner can also be supplied in 4" - 6" transitions without changing the structural properties of the liner.

The Navi™-Liner, rubber bladder, release plastic and tag line are manufactured in 150' length rolls. Our logistics department handles your order and delivers the products to meet your schedule. Our Navi™ transition liner is manufactured to your job specification and to your exact length.

The Perma-Liner™ Pull-In-Place ambient cure resin is formulated to meet the installer's needs. Perma-Liner™ has formulated its resin for all working temperatures. The Perma-Liner™ 100% solids epoxy resin will provide you plenty of working time with a 3 hour cure time. The epoxy is pre-formulated and shipped to you in 5 gallon containers. The formulation is a 2-part mix. You simply measure the quantity of resin needed and introduce it into the liner. There's no waste of materials. This system is user friendly!

PERMA-MAIN

When main lines leak or corrode, they can damage above ground surfaces, cause pollution, and start severe flooding in treatment facilities.  With Perma-Liner™TM Main Lining System, we use the most technologically advanced cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining to rehabilitate city pipes.

Digging causes environmental damage, longer-term traffic disruptions, and is very expensive, but with Perma-Liner™TM Main Lining products, there is less disruption, less cleanup, and less cost.

Created for municipal main line sanitary sewers, our certified, third-party tested equipment and materials  are engineered and manufactured to meet project specifications on an individual basis.  Our high performance products are consistent in producing results that work, and are very user friendly.

Our Perma-Liner™TM cured-in-place felt liners are produced with different thicknesses to meet the varying pipe diameters and individual sizes of municipal city lines.  We completely take care of the felt manufacturing process, so the equipment is ready-for-use, as soon as the custom liner is need on site.  We work closely with contractors to make sure all specific job regulations are met, and moderate our product for superior quality control.

SECTIONAL POINT REPAIR

The Perma-Liner™ Sectional Point Repair System provides a structural repair without digging the existing pipeline or lining the entire pipeline. Pipeline video inspection has shown only 6% of the manhole to manhole sewer main needs repair. This equals 18 feet of a 300 foot sewer pipeline. In the past 5 years there has been an increase in municipal and industrial collection system owners utilizing sectional point repairs in place of digging or lining the entire pipeline. This change has saved the municipal government agency hundreds of thousands of dollars and enabled them to repair multiple areas without additional funding.

Pipe made of Clay, Cast, PVC, Wood, etc… can now be structurally repaired in hours without disruption to traffic or sewer flow.

Perma-Liner™ Sectional Point Repair System materials are tested to meet Specification F1216 for Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP). This Specification requires our materials to be tested for a minimum design life of 50 years. Our Perma-Liner™ Sectional Point Repair testing results exceed these specifications!

PERMA-PATCH

Perma-Liner™ Industries has developed a proven method to rehabilitate 2" to 24" diameter pipelines utilizing a “local” sectional repair system. The Perma-Patch™ system is the latest development in rehabilitation products from Perma-Liner™. The new Perma-Patch™ system uses a fiberglass mat with 100% solids epoxy resins, creating a structural repair with a minimum life span of 50 years per ASTM F1216 Specifications!

Perma-Patch™ is designed for 2" to 24" diameter pipelines with cracks, holes, and separation in joints. The Perma-Patch™ repair is inserted into the damaged pipe using an inflatable bladder and push rods. The Perma-Patch™ repair is centered over the damaged pipe section and pressed tight against the host pipe area, creating a structural new pipe.No excavation is required!

MANHOLE-REHABILITATION

Our uniquely designed liner is universally sized and engineered to create a structural cured-in-place seal to fit all manholes including; barrel sections, eccentric and concentric cones constructed of brick and mortar, pre-cast or block.  The vacuum powered, resin-impregnated liner is inverted manually into the manhole and uses an inflation device to press the liner against the existing manhole wall. This contact allows for the liner to form to the shape of the manhole. During this process excess resin migrates into imperfections, where the liner is sealed and mechanically held in place.

The cured-in-place manhole liner is engineered to resist freeze-thaw cycles and create a water-tight, corrosion resistant structural lining that eliminates infiltration and inflow. Depending on chimney or full- depth manholes, cure times will occur within one to two hours ambient. Once cured, the result is a smooth interior surface.
